4. Payments & Credits

• Purchases are processed via Stripe. You authorize charges to your provided payment method.
• Credits are used for generations. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.
• Prices may exclude taxes or fees; you are responsible for applicable taxes.
• Charges are in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

• No illegal, infringing, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not generate content that is violent, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit where prohibited.
• Do not interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Services or security measures.
• Do not violate privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights of others.

6. AI Outputs

Outputs are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

• Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use outputs for personal or commercial purposes.
• You must comply with third-party model licenses and applicable laws when using outputs.
• We may request reasonable attribution where required by model or dataset licenses.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process and store it to provide the Services.
